At Leads21, we strive to provide exceptional value through our lead generation and appointment setting services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Below are the terms related to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where Leads21 is unable to deliver the agreed number of leads or appointments.
- If a client is not satisfied with the quality of the leads, additional leads may be provided at Leads21’s discretion after a thorough review of the complaint.
Exceptions:
- Refund requests based on external factors (such as changes in the client’s business strategy) will not be entertained.
